PRACTICE
MAKES PERFECT
English lessons can be very expensive.

And if you're not seeing a big improvement in your English skills, this is a big waste of money.
This is a problem that MOST English learners have in Vietnam.
To make your lessons worth the money, you need to practice EVERY DAY.

Some learners use apps and AI, but then they are shy when speaking to real people. You need daily contact with real people.
y
But it can be DIFFICULT to find people to practice English with!

When you leave the classroom, everybody you know speaks Vietnamese.

FAQ'S
IS THE HOOD A REPLACEMENT
FOR MY ENGLISH LESSONS?

Absolutely not! In fact we actively encourage you to take lessons while being part of The Hood.

That way, you are always building your vocabulary, and can gain confidence using it in your conversations in The Hood. And you can bring that confidence into class.

The Hood is designed to complement your lessons, not replace them. Like adding a drink to your meal!

But it's not a requirement - of course you can still join The Hood if you're not taking lessons.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I
JOIN THE WAITLIST?
You’ll get an email confirming you are in line, and you’ll be subscribed to the mailing list, where you’ll receive waitlist update emails and our newsletter.
When the doors open, 20 new members will be invited into The Hood on a first-come-first-served basis.

WHAT LEVEL OF ENGLISH
DO I NEED TO JOIN?
The Hood is open to all English learners over the age of 18.

IF YOU'RE A BEGINNER:
Don’t be shy! As soon as you start joining conversations and making friends, you will settle in.

Ask some questions, allow yourself to make mistakes, and let people help you to fix them. The better you get at English, the more you notice ways to help other people too!

No pressure. Take it at any speed you want.
IF YOU'RE MORE ADVANCED:
Jump right in! Get active, be helpful, be a big presence and a role model for your community to look up to!
Remember the more you put into the community, the more you will get out of it.

Start some conversations. Answer some questions. Let's make this a great place to be!

BUT I ALREADY USE AN AI APP
TO PRACTICE MY ENGLISH.

That’s great - and it’s true, AI is getting better every day.

But the problem with AI is that talking to a robot is... robotic.
Talking with real people is more natural and unpredictable. This trains you to think in English and helps you improve faster.

And AI can’t meet you in real life. With people, you can communicate not only with words, but also facial expressions and body language.

Sure, AI is a useful extra tool, but you’ll learn much more in a growing community of real friends who can compare progress, share experiences, and support each other.
